Are We Delivering What is Expected?

Project Quality Management involves the processes required to ensure that the project meets the needs that it was originally created to meet.  This is best determined by the attainment of stakeholder expectations.  In a project sense, quality results from meeting the parameters of the triple constraints (time, cost, and quality/scope).

The PMBOK^® Guide’s basis for quality is centered on the ISO 9000 / 10000 standards and proprietary approaches from quality management leaders such as Deming, Juran, Crosby, and others.  Non-proprietary approaches such as Total Quality Management (TQM) and Kaizen/Continuous Improvement are referenced as well.

The Project Quality Management webinar will provide participants with insight into the definition of quality in a project environment, standard processes, tools and techniques, and other considerations related to helping a project satisfy the needs for which the project was undertaken.
