Perception can often represent reality – especially in the project management environment.  How you communicate up the chain of command has a great bearing on whether or not upper management believes you are leading a successful project.  More importantly, your ability to clearly communicate complex project issues and challenges while articulating action plans and recommendations can make or break your support from your superiors.

“Into Thin Air: Communicating the Value of Project Management Up the Chain of Command” is designed to help the project management practitioner discover and employ effective techniques for imparting the value of project management to senior management.  

In this session, the participant will gain insight into some techniques that help the project stakeholder better explain the value and benefits of the project management discipline.
