Webinar Project Time and Cost Estimating

How Do We Do the Work, How Long Will it Take, and What Will it Cost?

Our upcoming webinar project time and cost estimating provides critical insight for the project manager on managing the triple constraint; scope, schedule, and the budget.

A project’s success is often measured by the team’s ability to deliver a defined set of outcomes on time, on budget, and on specification. More importantly, however, is the team’s ability to successfully manage the expectations of the groups and individuals who have a vested interest in the outcome of the project. In simpler terms, this means that the project team must effectively align the project delivery with expectations of key stakeholders.

The Project Time and Cost Estimating Techniques Web’n Learn is session designed to provide project team members and participants with better ways to successfully define and estimate the schedule and cost factors of a project with more precision.

Participants will learn how to:

  • Better identify and capture the activities of the project that will serve as the basis for  time and cost estimates
  • Effectively estimate project timelines and costs with greater precision and accuracy using proven schedule, and budget estimating techniques
  • Account for uncertain (“known unknowns” and “unknown unknowns”) when formulating a project schedule and budget
